about

Independent of one another, Zim and Knux moved to Austin from New York. Although they went to the same college at the same time, they met for the first time at an open mic hosted by Rusty Wier, the original cosmic cowboy. Rusty was a great mentor to both and this song is the duo's tribute to the late Austin songwriter and entertainer.

Rusty was a really close friend to me and i talked to him from Dubai shortly before he died. He said he was doing ok. Shit. --Zim
