about

I have a serious weak spot for George Jones. I wrote this song in a style that's kind of an homage to those great '70s country gold classics. Once I quit smoking, I found I could actually sing it. Despite what the court papers say, it is not autobiographical. As twisted as this song might be, it's actually pretty mild in the realm of country music. Listen to some Louvin Brothers.-- Knux

To me this is the heart and soul, the centerpiece if Knux will, of this project. This is the song you laugh at politely while slowly backing away and sing the next day in an elevator full of nuns by accident. --Zim

The group's self-titled 2007 record garnered fans and kudos from around the world. Since disbanding the Fees, Zim & Knux have continued putting out new stuff. ... more
